Apple & Plum Yogurt

Ingredients:
1 small dessert apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
2 ripe plums, pitted
2 tbsp water
4-6 tbsp plain yogurt
1 plain cookie, crushed (optional)
Preperation:
Put the apple and plums in a pan with the water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let simmer, covered, for 5 minutes, or until tender. Remove the plum skins and puree the fruit in a blender or press through a strainer until smooth.
Mix the fruit puree and yogurt together, then sprinkle over the crushed cookie, if using.
