Arroz Con Pollo

Ingredients
400 g Raw Chicken Breast
1 cup Usa White Rice Uncooked
2 cups Chicken Broth (canned)
1 medium Onion, Raw
1 oz Red Peppers
1/2 cup Petite Peas

Directions

Sauté onion, garlic, red tomatoes, pepper
Add & Saute chicken
Let them saute & cook together
Add rice and stir-fry,
Salt and pepper to taste
Add 2 cups of chicken broth(LOW SODIUM)
1/2 Tsp of Sazon Goya with Saffron 

Let it boil for few minutes
Lower to simmer until liquid is absorbed
