Spanish Chicken

Ingredients:
4 cups of salsa
4 thawed boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 tbs cream cheese

Preparation:
Preheat Oven to 400*F

Place chicken breasts in a non stick casserole dish
Cover each breast with 1 tbs cream cheese
Pour Salsa over chicken

Bake for 45mins

Serve with Spanish or Mexican rice
Around 500 calories (with rich) per serving
