Barbecue Roast

3 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup ketchup
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup water
2 Tbl vinegar
2 Tbl worcestshire sauce
2Tbl brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Boneless roast (beef, pork both work great!)

Combine all all ingredients mix well, add roast. Cook on high for 6-7 hrs in slow cooker.
