White Pasta Sauce

White Sauce for any kind of pasta (easy)
Ingredients:
2 tbs flour
2 tbs butter
1/4 tsp of garlic salt
1 cup milk
pinch of oregano, pepper
Parmesan or mozzarella cheese ( cut into small chunks or grated )

Directions:
In saucepan melt butter.
Stir in flour, garlic salt, oregano and dash pepper.
Then add milk and along with cheese (cheese amount varies depending on desired thickness) cook and over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir 2 minutes more.

Add extras like mushrooms and bell peppers for an extra flare :-)
