- 2 cups apricot juice
- 2 cups sparkling wine
- 1 cup seltzer
PREPARATION
- Combine diced fruit, apricot juice, sparkling wine and seltzer. Divide among 4 ice-filled glasses. Non-alcoholic version: Substitute sparkling cider for the wine.
